Jacquard Weaves

This loom-based weaving technique was created by M. Jacquard. This was the first loom in history that could be programmed thanks to perforated cards. This loom is said to be the ancestor of the modern computer or robot. It is mainly used to produce labels and ribbons. Complex patterns can be woven.
